Kohyao Guesthouse - Koh Yao Noi, Phangnga,Thailand
This
group of 10 Guesthouse style rooms, five single and five twin, is set
facing the glorious Takao Bay on the north eastern side of the
island. Spectacular views out to Krabi and Phang Nga Bay are a plus
and a sunrise breakfast here is a must. Each bungalow is unique in
design and all have mosquito nets, bedding and fans.
The owners Mrs Tanom and Mr San give a very warm welcome to all
visitors and do their best to speak as much English as possible.
They have years of experience in the tourism business but remain
humble and willing to bend to accommodate your every need. Santisook
is especially good for families with children as there is a large
expanse of grass land to the front and Takao Bay hosts extremely
shallow waters. Ideal for
sandcastle building and beach games. It is also the type of place
low budget lovers or honeymooners would enjoy as it is peaceful and
at the same time homely with the presence of Tanom and San as sort
of Mum and dad figures.The restaurant does a wide range of Thai dishes and some Western
breakfasts depending on availability of foods.

Rooms are from 700 –
3,000 Thai baht a night and all forms of transport can be arranged
inexpensively.
